Although the couple are yet to confirm it, happy news is coming out of Hollywood this week, that Kristen Wiig and her fiancé Avi Rothman have had twins
It’s thought the babies were born to a surrogate earlier this year, but as yet the genders and names are unknown. But we can’t wait to find out, and see pictures!
Although the actor has kept fairly quiet about motherhood in general, she did hint at the possibility of becoming a mum earlier this year whilst hosting a Mother’s Day themed episode of Saturday Night Live. Kirsten hosted the show during lockdown last month, filming it at home.
46 year old Kristen said at the time that it’s a very special time to be celebrating all our mums…
“I don’t know if I truly appreciated my mum the first 45 years of my life. But this year I’m feeling especially grateful for her advice, her love. I’m so thankful for all the things she’s taught me, like preparing me to be a mum myself.”
The couple are known for being extremely private and only confirmed in August last year that they were engaged, months after it actually happened
First seen together on holiday in Hawaii in 2016, the couple were together for three years before getting engaged, and for a few months before going public with their romance.
If the rumours are true, we hope they’re enjoying their baby moon together as a family, and that they’ll officially share their happy news with the world when they’re ready.
