Sam Everingham is a father via surrogacy and has degrees in Psychology and Public Health. He runs Growing Families, a non-profit educational organisation on surrogacy practice to intended parents in Europe, North America and Australia.
Well known for his advocacy around surrogacy issues, since 2014 he has been running best practice conferences for parents globally.
Sam has seen the best and worst that surrogacy can deliver. He has visited agencies in the US, India, Ukraine and Cambodia and engages with politicians, media, surrogacy professionals, researchers and many hundreds of families and surrogates globally through conferences and online resources. He runs a healthcare research consultancy and is the author of three books.
